Includes incoming correspondence from teachers, principals, and clergy in the field, notes relating to an address (Dec. 14, 1890) by Bliss, given in Mexico, for commission teachers and missionaries of the American Board of Commissions for Foreign Missions, and his notes describing a transatlantic voyage, July-Aug., 1891. Persons represented include commission officials E.W. Blatchford, R.A. Noble, G.S.F. Savage, and Margaret A. Towne.
